Machine Quilting Services
I offer quilt finishing services, including a basic freehand meander, computerized edge to edge quilting, and freehand custom work. Quilts are quilted on a first come basis. Please contact me for the most up to date turn around times. I am located in Dallas, Oregon but am happy to quilt by mail for you! No sales tax makes the cost of shipping a little easier to handle.
See below for my pricing structure and then estimate the cost of quilting as follows:
Length x Width = Square inches x Cost of quilting plus thread and batting
For example: a quilt that is 60” x 70” = 4200” x .0225 (edge to edge quilting)=$94.50
+ ~$6 (cost of thread varies depending on size of quilt and density of quilting)=$100.50 + batting

Basic Meander or Loops
This is the perfect option for the cost conscious, or for those quilts that “just need to get done”. Maybe they will be washed, used, and abused. Let’s make it quick and get that top crossed off the WIP list!
Base Charge of $45 per quilt applies
.0225 cents per inch
Edge to Edge Quilting
Can be either freehand or a computerized pantograph. Most designs are .0225 cents/inch. More dense or complicated designs will be charged at a higher rate.
Base Charge of $50 per quilt applies
Charged by the Hour
Custom Quilting
This is quilting where the designs used are tailored to fit your quilt. Examples of this are: a separate design in the border, quilting that is done differently in each block, SID, ruler work etc. I charge $50 per hour for this type of quilting. Please contact me to discuss this option, and for up to date scheduling info.
Base pricing for this start at $60 or .035 cents/inch (whichever is greater), final cost is determined by actual time spent.
Oh ya, don't forget about thread and batting!..
Batting
You may provide batting of your choice if it is good quality, or choose to have me supply it. I carry the Quilters Dream line of products. Prices Vary
Binding
I offer binding services as follows: To cut, prep, and machine apply to the front of your quilt is .20 cents per linear inch. To finish the binding by hand is an additional .30 cents/inch.
